TARSUS GROUP FORMS JOINT VENTURE WITH UNFILTERED EXPERIENCE

The UK-based global exhibition company Tarsus Group has formed a joint venture with Las Vegas-based Unfiltered Experience.

WHO: Unfiltered Experience, which began as an event last July in Las Vegas, is a hybrid event that brings together beauty insiders, influencers, and enthusiast consumers across high-growth cities throughout the country. The roadshow event seeks to deliver a hands-on curated experience to participants by spotlighting beauty products categorized by the latest trends in an art-filled environment. Unfiltered Experience was born from insights gained by its founder Daniela Ciocan, who managed the largest international B2B beauty trade show in North America for 12 years.

Tarsus Group delivers over 180 B2B events across the globe along with thought-leading publications and digital media. They create solutions for their customers’ needs—their events and media help customers address their current business challenges and prepare for upcoming opportunities. Their customers rely on the company’s products to build their businesses, develop rich relationships, and gain critical insights. Tarsus Group operates globally, in numerous verticals including aviation, medical, labels, travel and housewares; and owns a number of flagship brands including Labelexpo, Connect Meetings, and the Dubai Airshow.

WHY: Both groups will partner on a series of shows in the United States focused on the fast-growing independent beauty market.

DETAILS:

  • Tarsus Group has formed a joint venture with Las Vegas-based Unfiltered Experience.
  • The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
  • In addition to the series of standalone shows, Unfiltered Experience will be unveiled as a branded event at the biannual Offprice show, also owned by Tarsus Group, in Las Vegas during Fashion Week Feb. 3-4.
  • The Unfiltered Experience show series will kick off April 24-25 at the Magic Box in Los Angeles and feature independent beauty brands, retail buyers, consumers, social media influencers, education and networking opportunities.
  • The series will then move on to Chicago, June 19-20 and then head to Nashville, Sept. 26-27.
